This is my hands-down favorite sweet smoothie. It’s decadent but not overly sweet, and perfect for dessert. (Or anytime you want it!) It’s also super easy to make and you can make it exactly as you want it!
For this, I use:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup 1% milk (I typically use almond, but was out)
- 1 heaping tbs peanut butter
- 2 tbs milled flax seed
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/2-1 tbs chocolate syrup (or cocoa powder and honey if you don’t have the syrup)
- crushed ice
And then you just blend blend blend! This one turns out super creamy, so if you want it a bit thicker, add less milk and add more oats, PB, and banana.
